                         Folkerson Communications and ESI

                                     Are Proud to Introduce

 ESI Mobile Messaging

ESI Mobile Messaging combines the advanced capabilities of an ESI business communications system with the convenience of your existing e-mail account. When you receive a message (a voice mail or a recording) at an extensionor guest mailbox, you also receive an e-mailed notification to which a .WAV file of the message is attached. ESI MobileMessaging also lets you quickly: listen to a message on your PC or "smartphone"; share messages; choose whichmessages to handle and how to manage them; remotely manage messages; store important messages; and chooseone of two e-mail accounts at which to receive e-mailed notification of messages.

ESI Presence Management IP RFID Reader

ESI Presence Management combines RF scanning technology and ESI's communications systems to offer presenceindication, optional live video monitoring, personal call routing, access control, and documented tracking of users' work hours and attendance history. ESI Presence Management addresses basic entry and exit applications, and also serves as an advanced supervisory solution utilizing RFID technology to provide access control and personnel location. The new IP version of the ESI Presence Management RFID Reader enables installation of the device at a remote location for use via your WAN or the Internet, making it possible to perform ESI Presence Management over great distances.

ESI Media Management

ESI Media Management provides audio and video monitoring directly through a properly equipped ESI Communications Server. These advanced capabilities help you reduce many of the inherent risks in your organization. Additionally, ESI Media Management serves as an "all-in-one" solution by eliminating the need to install and manage multiple systems from various vendors. ESI Media Management collects and stores not only recordings of selected phone calls (call logging) but also video camera recordings, detailed call activity, and building access events from across your facility. ESI Media Management gives you the flexibility to decide who is authorized to access the stored information, so there's no need to worry that information is getting into the wrong hands.

Here are just a few of the benefits ESI Media Management provides:

recording of all calls to and from employees for improved customer service and quality control; capture and review of video from around customer facilities using standard video cameras; use of live video (see also the description, below, of ESI Video Viewer) to improve facility monitoring and enhance access control; review of system-wide building access events and call detail records for employees; and quick location of a collection of related events using simple search criteria.

ESI Video Viewer

As mentioned above, ESI Media Management offers live video monitoring, which enhances your ability to manage facilities, control access to sensitive areas within facilities, and provide security monitoring for both property and individuals. This is accomplished through the installation of one or more cameras(perhaps with ESI Video Adapters, depending on your choice of cameras) and the ESI Video Viewer PC software application. There are two different versions of ESI Video Viewer: the free Basic version and the optional Advanced version. The Basic version of ESI Video Viewer gives an authorized user a view from a single camera, while the Advanced version provides the ability to view multiple cameras.  Each version of ESI Video Viewer also works in concert with ESI Presence Management, enhancing your ability to control access points and improve security.

VIP applications - now available in Standalone Editions

ESI's VIP (Visually Integrated Phone) applications work with your ESI communications system to enhance day-to-day communication - including the ability to control calls, organize voice mail and contacts, and easily program the phone for your convenience. Each of the several VIP applications is intuitive and easy to learn, requiring minimal training. And now, each VIP application comes in not only the traditional Outlook®-integrated edition but also a Standalone Edition (SE), so you can choose what's best for your environment.

ESI SIP trunking

A SIP trunk is a VoIP connection between a private phone system and the public switched telephone network (PSTN) using the Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) standard. ESI Communications Servers support SIP trunks, provided by local Internet telephony serviceproviders (ITSPs), as an alternative to standard analog CO trunks, T1 lines, or PRI lines. While SIP trunking offers many of the same features as traditional PSTN solutions, SIP trunking's main attraction is its potential cost savings. These savings can include low- or nocost calls, simplified administration, low recurring monthly charges using the same broadband data network as the Internet, and the elimination of installation and maintenance for one or more standard PSTN connections.

Through supporting applications, the SV8500 helps organizations increase productivity, manage growth, reduce operating costs, and improve business continuity. The SV8500 also supports various horizontal and vertical industry feature sets that support core business initiatives.

"Companies rely on communications to meet critical business needs, and solutions that streamline technology while allowing for the organization to expand are increasingly important," said Jay Krauser, general manager, Portfolio Management, NEC Unified Solutions.
