ESI and Broadvox deliver scalable IP communications solutions
PLANO, TEXAS; JUNE 18, 2009 - Estech Systems, Inc. (ESI) and Broadvox today announced
that interoperability certification has been achieved with ESI Communications Servers and
Broadvox SIP Trunks. ESI joins the growing list of companies whose products have completed
the rigorous certification process, providing more opportunities for customized solutions for
businesses - whether small, medium, or enterprise-class.
Broadvox GO! SIP Trunking, used in conjunction with ESI Communications Servers, delivers an
affordable and scalable IP communications solution. ESI Communications Servers are compact
and powerful, delivering standards-based technology in a flexible, easy-to-use, and cost-effective
package.
"ESI and Broadvox work to provide customers the opportunity to choose when and just how
much IP technology is right for their business," said Pete Sandrev, Broadvox's Vice President of
Customer Experience. "Both Broadvox and ESI strive to deliver cost-effective solutions to their
customers who are ready for the communications functionality and flexibility enjoyed by
businesses that migrate to IP communications."
"ESI is excited to receive certification from an industry leader like Broadvox," said Doug Boyd,
ESI's President and Chief Operating Officer. "Throughout the development of our SIP trunking
capabilities, ESI engineers have been working closely with Broadvox to successfully complete
the extensive certification process to ensure ‘real-world' system operation. Broadvox is an
acknowledged ITSP leader with a robust network, and we are confident that our customers will
appreciate the unparalleled services available from Broadvox."
Customers select the ESI Communications Server which meets their needs now and for years to
come. ESI Communications Server models, from the ESI-1000 to the ESI-50, vary primarily by
their call-handling capacity, so IP communications solutions are available to companies ranging
in size from SMBs to enterprises. ESI Communications Servers are fully flexible platforms that
can support both digital technology and IP-to-the-desktop in any combination.
The Broadvox GO! SIP Trunking product line provides for business continuity during a crisis or
company growth and unlimited geographical distribution to eliminate or reduce the number of
PRIs and branch-office PBXs. With unlimited local and long-distance calling, as well as
discounted toll-free and international calling, GO! SIP Trunking includes DIDs, E911, Local
Number portability that allows businesses to keep their current phone numbers, and Enhanced
